Product Description

Our calcium silicate 220 is produced using inorganic siliceous and calcareous materials, treated through specialized technology such as high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal reactions. The product is ISO9001 certified and demonstrates exceptional performance at temperatures up to 650ºC.

The most significant advantage is its superior protection for pipelines due to its ultra-low chloride ion content. Through advanced production technology, we have successfully optimized the thermal conductivity from 0.065 to 0.049.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum temperature this material can withstand?
The standard calcium silicate insulation is suitable for up to 650ºC, while the high-temperature version can withstand up to 1000ºC.
Is the insulation material environmentally friendly?
Yes, it is asbestos-free and contains no poisonous substances like sulfur or chlorine, making it safe for both indoor and outdoor use.
Can it be used for underground pipeline insulation?
Absolutely. It is highly resistant to wet and chemical environments, making it ideal for underground and outdoor applications.
How does water affect the product?
While the product should be kept dry for optimal performance, it can be dried out after getting wet and will retain its structural and thermal properties.
Is it easy to install on-site?
Yes, the boards and pipes can be easily cut and shaped using standard carpentry tools, significantly reducing installation time.
Why is low chloride content important for pipelines?
Low chloride content helps prevent stress corrosion cracking in stainless steel pipelines, extending the service life of the equipment.
