Product Description

Calcium silicate 220 is composed of inorganic siliceous and calcareous materials, treated through advanced high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal reactions. It offers exceptional performance at temperatures up to 650ºC and carries ISO9001 certification. A significant advantage is its superior protection for pipelines due to its extremely low chloride ion content. Continuous technical improvements have reduced thermal conductivity from 0.065 to 0.049.

Key Advantages

Performance Advantage
  • High durability with resistance to continuous heat load.
  • Zero deformation within the specified temperature range.
  • Unmatched adiabatic performance through low thermal conductivity.
  • High strength-to-weight ratio compared to other hard insulation products.
  • Long-term structural integrity without powdering.
  • Easy to process and cut with ordinary carpentry tools.
  • Safety and hygiene: Free from asbestos, sulfur, and chlorine.
  • Moisture recovery: Retains properties after drying if exposed to water.

Applications

This material is widely utilized in insulation projects involving tanks, pipeline systems, vessels, and cryogenic equipment. It serves critical industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, refrigeration, shipbuilding, and residential construction. Its robustness allows for use in severe environments, including underground, outdoor, flammable, and chemically active sites.
