Calcium silicate 220 is produced using inorganic siliceous and calcareous materials, treated with special high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal reaction technology. The product is ISO9001 certified and demonstrates excellent performance at temperatures up to 650ºC. A key advantage is the superior protection it offers to pipelines due to its exceptionally low chloride ion content. Advanced production techniques have reduced thermal conductivity from 0.065 to 0.049.
