Product Introduction
Polyurethane cold/cryogenic pipe bracket is generally installed and equipped with clamps. They are installed as pipe supports on low-temperature equipment and pipelines, mainly suitable for laying and connecting chemical energy pipelines. The angles are divided into 45°, 60°, 90°, 120°, 180° and so on. The thickness is from 20 to 320mm, and the length is from 80-300mm. The materials mainly include red pine and polyurethane. Polyurethane pipe support is a new type of product developed through modification on the basis of wooden support. A proprietary and standardized mold for insulation products in low-temperature pipelines at minus 160 degrees Celsius.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the operating temperature range for these supports?
The supports are specifically designed for extreme environments, handling surface temperatures ranging from -196ºC to 120ºC.
What materials are used in the manufacturing of these brackets?
The primary materials are high-density polyurethane and red pine, with polyurethane being the modern standardized choice for low-temperature insulation.
Do you offer different density options?
Yes, we provide multiple density options including 160, 224, 320, and 500kg/m³ to meet various structural and insulation needs.
What pipe sizes can these supports accommodate?
Our standard range covers DN15 to DN2000, and we can also customize dimensions based on specific project requirements.
Are these supports suitable for LNG and LPG projects?
Absolutely. They are widely used in air separation, LNG, LPG, and petrochemical industries due to their low thermal conductivity and hydrolysis resistance.
How is the traceability of the different densities managed?
Each density of polyurethane pipe support is assigned a specific color code to ensure easy identification and traceability during installation.
