A: Sample: 1-7 days; LCL order: 7-15 days; FCL order: 15-20 days; OEM & ODM order: on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% paid in advance by T/T as deposit, and 70% paid against scan copy of B/L by T/T as balance. For small orders, we suggest 100% paid in advance to save transaction costs.
Q: How to solve quality problems after receiving goods?
A: Please send us the quantity of unqualified products along with photos/videos and the invoice number. Our after-sales team will confirm the issue and provide a satisfied solution.
