Base Plate
The popular types for base plate and top plate are flower plate and square plate. Common sizes are 120*120mm, 150*150mm, 140*140mm with thickness 3-8mm.
Screw Part
There are two kinds of threading part. One has welding joint and the other one without welding joint, which is screwing directly on the outerside tube.
Smooth welding lines
We have 5 auto welding lines in production, all props are welded with solid and smooth welding lines. During the in-line production process, our QC will detect the lack of welding.
Nut Coupler
Wing nut coupler is frequently used in heavy duty steel props, while the cup nut is common in light duty steel props. Usually the cup nut steel props has the tube size 48/56mm.
